My husband and 2 sons got their hair cut there today and not one of them had a good experience. My youngest came home with a mullet where the back wasn’t even cut, my older son said the lady was rude to him and acted mad when he moved his head and my husband was so irritated with trying to convey what he wanted to the stylist without her doing it (told her skin tight high fade 3 times) he left with a cut he wasn’t happy with because he was frustrated. I tried to submit a review from the receipt but it said my store number was invalid (OH-103). Frustrating experience for everyone. :(
